RATKING

RATKING is a love letter to the manga and black and white illustrations that inspired me growing up. There are very clear references to the inspirations behind the things I draw. Pulling from inspirations like BERSERK, Blade of the Immortal, and even some sneaky Final Fantasy Easter eggs among others.

A lot of the work and ideas were generated during 2020’s Inktober where I used each prompt through the month as a way to do some world-building. I’m currently working on releasing a mini issue to tease the world and characters in it. I can’t wait to share more.
